Mediamixx’11 Accreditations

Regulations

To gain access to the events and the premises of MediaMixx’ 11 as a visitor or participant, you need to fill in the accreditation form and then pay the entry fee.

Accreditations will be open after 10 April.

1. Prices

Accreditation price for 1 day: 25 EUR

Accreditation price for 3 day's period: 45 EUR (to be paid by 31 May)

Accreditation price on site - after 1 June: 60 EUR

2. Payment Terms

The accreditations must be paid within 3 working days after approval by Mediamixx Group Ltd. If the visitor or participant fails paying the entry fee, the contract shall automatically be cancelled.

Bank transfers will be made to the Mediamixx Group Ltd. account specified in the payment form.

Visitors or participants must pay all amounts due. In case of cancellation from visitors or participants please refer to section VI (Terms and Conditions)

3. Photographs and videos

No photographs or video recording will be allowed during the exhibition and competition without Mediamixx Group Ltd. prior written approval. The exhibitors and participants permit Mediamixx Group Ltd. to take and broadcast photographs and video recordings of the exhibition and competition for PR purpose.

4. Performance responsibility

Mediamixx Group Ltd. is in charge of promoting its event but is not responsible for the performance of the event.

5. Miscellaneous

Visitors or participants are responsible for all their own customs documents as well as any goods and the equipment they bring to Mediamixx’11. Only Mediamixx Group Ltd. is allowed to produce guides regarding Mediamixx’11. Visitors or participants will be responsible for all the information they provide Mediamixx for the guides and catalogues. Mediamixx Group Ltd. will in no case be responsible for any omissions or printing errors.

6. Terms, Condition and Regulation Agreements

Visitors or participants are responsible for themselves and for any damages they may cause to the premises during the event.

By signing this contract, visitors or participants agree to follow the hereby rules of the regulations, terms, and condition and to follow any other requirements added later in the Accreditation rules. Mediamixx Group Ltd. has the right to refuse any accreditation registration under its own judgment if the visitor or participant did not meet the rules, terms and conditions of Mediamixx’11 International Festival and Market. This entry form is subject to the Bulgarian law.

7. Instructions

To obtain an Accreditation, please follow the steps bellow:

Step 1: Register at the www.mediamixx.info/registration (create Username and Password, enter your current e-mail correctly for confirmation of your registration purpose only)

Step 2: Fill in the Accreditation form.

Step 3: Fill in the Payment form correctly with all required company details.

Step 4: Proceed with the payment. (please refer to section II. Payment Terms)

Once Step 4 is complete, your registration will be ticked on-line by the Mediamixx administrator.

On-line accreditations will be possible until 31.05.2011, after this date you will be able to do it on the spot.
